Cell Biology 245 (Graduate). Presentation of 4 lectures per year on the topic of the cytoskeleton to graduate students in the Tetrad program (as part of the Cell Biology course CB 245).
Bioengineering 297 (Graduate). I am responsible for teaching principles of morphological image processing and computer vision as part of the graduate bioengineering course on principles and practice of light microscopy.
Biochem 246 Developmental Biology (Graduate). I have developed a lecture for the graduate developmental biology course on the topic of self-organization and symmetry breaking. The lecture emphasizes the role of non-equilibrium thermodynamics in key developmental processes during embryogenesis.
Developmental Biology Mini-Course (Graduate). I co-organize and run a two-week intensive literature-based minicourse on the topic of spatial signaling by diffusible morphogen gradients. This mini-course is an interdisciplinary investigation into the interplay between the physics of diffusion and the role of diffusion in developmental biology, designed to allow multiple entry-points for participation by students enrolled in biochemistry, genetics, developmental biology, and biophysics programs.
